WhyWhy I made it
Firework puppetry fuses pyrotechnic mechanisms, carved puppets and folk performance, and is mostly seen only at temple fairs and festivals
I wanted more people to meet it through an experience they can take part in
WhatWhat it became
The visit runs from a courtyard gate through a history scroll, a 3D puppet show, cultural design and a memory archive with a text Q&A guide
The 3D show can be dragged and inspected
The Qionghua music box is a design concept; its motor, lights and wiring are not yet manufacture-tested
